We participate in the Deutschlandstipendium
We are on! With our participation in the Deutschlandstipendium (Germany Scholarship), we support particularly talented and committed students at the University of Göttingen, and thus promote young talents in a crucial life phase. The Deutschlandstipendium is an initiative of the federal government. Students receive a monthly support of €300; half of the money is provided by a private institution, while the second half is borne by the federal government. This leaves room for more personal development.
Copernicus Meetings and Publications is happy to support one student of the Faculty of Geoscience and Geography with a Deutschlandstipendium for the semesters 2017/2018 and 2018. In addition, the Copernicus Gesellschaft e.V. – the exclusive partner of Copernicus Meetings and Publications – is happy to support another five scholarships.
"Since its foundation in 1988, the Copernicus Gesellschaft e.V. has been dedicated to promoting international collaboration in the geo- and space sciences. With the support of young students of the Faculty of Geoscience and Geography we invest in the future of the field and we let our mission grow in young, talented minds." says Prof. Dr. Hermann Lühr, secretary of the Copernicus Gesellschaft e.V.
